Tempo® Waukesha is a non-profit organization for executive and professional persons in the Waukesha County area. It was established to provide a network for leaders and future leaders, to increase awareness of issues and trends within the community and to develop the strengths and talents of female executives.

It is a true privilege to serve as the President of the Board for TEMPO Waukesha. Having been a dedicated member for nearly 15 years, I am deeply committed to our mission and have experienced firsthand the tremendous value this organization offers. The professional and personal connections I’ve built here hold a special place in my life. One of the aspects I cherish most about TEMPO Waukesha is the warm, supportive environment created by members who genuinely care for one another and actively seek opportunities to uplift and encourage. I also greatly value the diversity of industries and professions represented within our membership.

Over the years, I’ve discovered that the more I’ve engaged beyond attending monthly luncheons, the more rewarding my membership has become. I strongly encourage all members to take advantage of the many opportunities available, including serving on committees, participating in networking events, attending professional development programs, and joining us at our monthly luncheons.

Our organization is fortunate to have an incredible team of dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly to deliver exceptional programming, communication, and resources for our members. I invite you to share your ideas and suggestions for enhancing the TEMPO Waukesha experience.

History

Tempo® Waukesha was established in 1990 as a non-profit organization of professional and executive women working in the Waukesha County area that seeks to provide an environment to cultivate person enrichment, connect with other spheres of influence, form lasting relationships and to promote positive change in the Waukesha community.  It is a dynamic organization that seeks to enrich professional development and mentoring through informative and educational monthly meetings held the 4th Tuesday of every month.
